When set the schedule, sensitivity, and region in the configuration control menu, it does not keep the settings. It will work for a while, but then Ill start getting notifications every few minutes. When I check the settings they are totally different from what I set. VERY disappointing!!

Wont connect to cloud apps so there is no way to get saved files off.

Horrible app. Not sure if its the app or the camera but I only get somewhat reliable viewing of the camera when at home using my wifi network at home. Whenever Im out of the house I barely ever get to see whats going on with the camera which defeats the whole purpose of having the camera up at home!

I have 12 cameras and love them. The app is confusing but works. However please add fixed aspect ratio !!! Such a blatant omission.

This app either doesnt load the live footage, or takes entirely too long, so long that if you receive a notification of a motion event, it will be long over by the time youre able to see it on your phone. Frustratingly slow.

Simply does not work. Nothing.

Its Ive dealt with a lot of surveillance equipment and have to say this is a pretty decent brand and quality for the price. I have no complaints and the app seems to be working great. Ive have been playing with this for several hours and the mic and speaker work perfect. I can hear crystal clear. The set up was a breeze. Now Ill just have to set it up on my desk top. Two thumbs up on this product and app.

I love the camera but the app is horrible constantly goes down at night when you need it I have two cameras at work and one at home and all I have is issues with them going down

Overall the app works OK, login will fail (timeout) very frequently, but eventually it will work. Features are not documented well. Only the most basic description, if any at all. Needs some work, unfortunately it is rarely updated. Not a good sign.

This Amcrest surveillance system and app are really easy to set up, and work great! Highly recommended!

For the cost, the camera is fantastic. The app however, needs much improvement. It is not very quick to connect to the live feed. It times out too fast and if you open the app again it wont reconnect unless I close the app completely and reconnect. There are too many steps to activate motion detection. There should be a one click option to enable without going through all of the advanced scheduling functions. Would like to see more finite touch control for PTZ function.

Wont work. I have to use Amcrest Link to view my cameras but it doesnt alert me if motion is detected. I read View Pro will....but view pro doesnt work!!!!!!! Fix your app!!!

The app constantly times out from the camera feeds, requiring me to repeatedly try to login. Compared to other IP camera apps I have used, this is completely unreliable

It took awhile to figure out and research because the instructions did not mention it at all, but if you cant get the cameras to connect with wifi and use the cable, once you unplug them to move them to their final location, depending on your wifi router and network, they may loose their IP address. One did not, but two did. I saw in another review to change the IP address to static by using the disk provided. Once I figured out where and how to do that, it worked. And if you must delete but it says you still have push notifications, just plug the Ethernet cable back in and it will allow you to remove the push notifications. Very hard to set up three 1080 wifi cameras, but once I found out how, they work fine.

Great product, but it would be really helpful to be able to disable notifications based on geo-fencing. For example, when I get home, itd be nice if the camera would stop sending me motion notifications. Other cameras I looked at had a setting for this. Thanks!!

App hasnt worked in 3 days. Waste of time!!

I just bought a 130$ camera, the least it can do is work with my phone. Please fix it.

Excellent cam to check in live. Terrible buggy app. Running on iPhone 6s. Logout errors, difficulty playing back stored footage, awful time setting up my partners phone to connect as well. Beware. Considering returning whole thing

I saw live view in less than 5 minutes. Helpful for me: I have iPhone 6splus. First connect your machine to internet and monitor or Tv. Go to main menu , recording. Click on the tap scheduling. Remove from schedule.you will see all the blocks are blue. Clicking on the first block and drag all the blocks are white it means removed from recording. Apply and confirm . Repeat this for all the cameras. Go back to setting make sure ip address for your internet is in the block. Then go to your phone download amcrest link follow the instruction. Vola Five star

Fix the app so it will connect to the live feed any and EVERY time I launch the app. Says Login Timed Out almost every time I use it. FIX or this app is worthless...
