App fails too often

The camera works fine but the App fails too much. First they did an update that caused the fail. Then fixed that after everybody kept complaining. Have had to call tech support and they have done a remote change to my system two times already. The third time this happened within a month I gave up and returned the camera. There are too many other options out there to have to put up with technology that only works a day or two and then fails again. Look elsewhere.
