Very BAD DO NOT BUY PRODUCT

This was one of the worst products Ive ever owned. Its all about you buying a subscription plus the product does not work very well. The set up manual is 180+ pages of very technical Internet network and protocol settings that you must configure. I contacted the technical support and the first thing and very strangely he wanted to remote control into my computers at home which I became very suspicious. This product does not need the use of a personal computer so my suspicions led me to believe that they also wanted to possibly hack into my computers and possibly to steal information. I wondered, is there more here than meets the eye! Could it be a new form of infiltration and hacking of personal information under the guise of a security company?
