Constant disconnection disappointment

Purpose of this app is to be able to view the camera when you are away from your Home or business, unfortunately this app has a Consistent 90% rate of NOT being able to connect to the camera when on a cellular signal. If you are on your local Wi-Fi signal on the same network as the camera then you have 40% chance of connection. Amcrest need to strengthen their background connection infrastructure, it is absolutely poor. The amount of money they charge for the camera they should be able to provide customer with good background infrastructure to connect to the cameras. by the way the app and the camera firmware are all up-to-date.
