Too many bugs and loading issues

At first the app worked well and was very user friendly after playing around with functions a bit. Always have to throw current window in trash to reload from day one. Now having issues daily of no picture, log-in timed out, failed to connect. This is becoming very frustrating and there is no where to turn. Customer Service was no help as well. Please update app to address all these bugs. I use this system as a security for an apartment building and cannot have these units down most of the time. PLEASE HELP!!!
