Too many bugs

Constant “Login timed out”. Tech support had me reinstall and change some settings that did nothing to resolve the issue. After reinstalling the app it worked for the first few times and then timed out again. The picture only takes up half the screen on my iPhone 6+. I don’t believe this is a hardware issue since I have none of these problems using my iMac. Unfortunately, I need this to primarily work on my iPhone and it just plain fails on every level; very dissatisfied. AMCREST: YOU NEED TO FIRE YOUR PROGRAMMER AND HIRE SOMEONE WHO CAN FIX THESE ISSUES ASAP!
